Returns

RETURN POLICY

The Button Sheet Team makes exceptional products and fully stand behind their quality. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns are refunded in the original payment form. The Button Sheet cannot accept returns after 30 days for any reason other than manufacturer defects. Gift cards and international purchases are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please email customerservice@thebuttonsheet.com for a return label. Once we process the request, you will get a prepaid shipping label via email. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to your original payment method.

Please include the following information in the email to customerservice@thebuttonsheet.com;

  • The Button Sheet purchase order number
  • The product(s) you are returning
  • The reason for the return

All Button Sheet products include a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. In the event of manufacturer defects, we will provide a return shipping label and full refund or exchange of your defective product(s).

SALE items may not be returned or exchanged.

If you’ve received a defective item, please contact Customer Service by phone 570-479-4925, or by email, customerservice@thebuttonsheet.com, for assistance and they will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Products damaged or stained due to customer negligence will not be accepted for return.

Items purchased during a limited time SALE are considered FINAL SALE and ineligible for returns.

Please be sure to have the following information available:

  • The Button Sheet purchase order number
  • Photographs of the defective or damaged item
  • Did you notice the damage happening over time, or did it happen all at once?

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@thebuttonsheet.com and send your item to: The Button Sheet, 603 Main St, Moosic PA. 18507. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
